As the global source of the official resuscitation science and education guidelines the AHA is proud to offer the 2020 Guidelines for CPR and ECC and the 2020 Handbook for Emergency Cardiovascular Care. These guidelines are based on the most current and comprehensive review of resuscitation science, systems, protocols, and education.

HeartCode® BLS, ACLS, and PALS
HeartCode® is a blended learning option for BLS, ACLS, and PALS that combines eLearning with a skills session with an AHA Instructor. Upon completion, students receive an eCard valid for two years. These courses reflect the latest Guidelines for CPR & ECC and use a personalized adaptive algorithm for the most efficient path to content mastery.

Instructor-led BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PEARS
These classes are offered by our global network of AHA International Training Centers and taught by AHA Instructors and are available for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PEARS. This classroom-based learning option is based on the latest Guidelines for CPR & ECC. An AHA Instructor leads classroom training, followed by a skills session. Upon completion, students receive an eCard valid for two years.
